Payment
We will send you an invoice to the email address provided in your order as soon as your order is ready to be shipped.
The electronic invoice is a warranty document.
If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our team immediately by email at sandelys.parketas@wilbergs.com. We recommend that you submit your cancellation/change request no later than 12 hours after confirming your order.
Delivery
The selected goods are packaged and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment for the order.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us at sandelys.parketas@wilbergs.com
We recommend that you check your order upon receipt. If you notice that you have received the wrong item or that your order is incomplete, please contact us by email.
Can I have my order delivered to more than one address?
We do not currently offer this service. If you want to receive goods at different addresses, we recommend placing separate orders and providing the desired addresses.
Returning goods
We gladly accept returns for any reason, but the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You can return goods purchased in our online store within 14 calendar days of the delivery date if the goods are:
– unused;
– have the original labels;
– undamaged;
– not damaged or otherwise altered from the moment of purchase.
Once we receive your return, our team will check the goods and process your return within 2 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are not refundable. Thank you for your understanding!
Return and exchange of goods due to poor quality
Defects in sold goods are repaired, and defective goods are replaced or returned to the Seller. To exchange or return a product due to poor quality:
– inform us by email at sandelys.parketas@wilbergs.com;
– send us several photos showing the quality defects;
– provide a document confirming the purchase of the goods (invoice).
If the goods are sent for return or replacement due to defects or to remedy defects, the shipping costs shall be borne by the Seller.
Return instructions:
– To return a product, please inform us by email at sandelys.parketas@wilbergs.com;
– Pack the product securely. We recommend using the same packaging in which you received it.
– The return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
– In the case of defective goods, the return shipping costs shall be covered by the Seller.
– Goods shall be returned by courier or Lithuanian Post to the following address: Kazimieravos k. 10, Vandžiogalos sen., Kauno raj., LT-54394, UAB WILBERGS GROUP.
You will be refunded within 5 working days after the goods reach the specified address, to the same account from which the payment was received.
Damaged or lost packaging
Please contact us if the package has arrived damaged, take several photos of it and send us an email with the photos.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after the order has been delivered to the address specified by the Buyer.
If the Buyer’s package was lost during shipping, please contact us immediately at sandelys.parketas@wilbergs.com
We are not responsible for goods being lost during the return process, so we recommend that you keep the shipping receipt with the tracking number.
